it is kind of annoying how windows, you have to look at the physical ram heading for ram usage and it is all in KB. but here is the link to a converter i found and use all the time.

its really handy it is in my favorites bar across the top of my laptop cause i use it so much. especially for testing and troubleshooting. i wish i could find a simple app that would do this automatically or windows would give a better readout, or at least let us choose.
