Default iLok Cloud Questions

When I'm in the iLok Manager app and start a cloud session, I can see an old subscription and plan that are expired. I keep trying to delete them form the source iLok but it's not working and they keep showing up in my cloud sessions.

I seem to have a valid Pro Tools Plan on one of my iLoks but that never shows up in the Cloud, only the expired ones. I'm also confused about my perpetual license that you can see in the cloud session. It references Pro Tools 10/11/12 but nothing about Pro Tools 2018 which I have installed and working.

Does this perpetual license also cover Pro Tools 2018?

Here are some screen shots of my iLok account:

Also, what is strange is that now I can only get Pro Tools to authorize if I have a cloud session open. It can't seem to read the license from the local iLok which worries me if I need to work in a remote area without a continuous Internet connection.

I went in and revoked those expired licenses. Please close your Cloud session and try again. (Make sure the licenses you want to use are not activated to your iLok when starting a Cloud session.)

Thanks. I made a little progress but will have to follow up more tomorrow when I'm back in the studio.

Thanks for your patience as I have an odd week this week.

So the old licenses are definitely gone but I still can't launch PT 2018 unless I have a cloud session activated.

If I close the cloud session I get a prompt from PT to Quit or Activate and when I try to activate I get a message that I'll attach here.

Also attached are screen shots of my current iLok situation.

You should close the Cloud Session and have tyhe PT license on your iLok before launching PT. I see that your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) is not currently activated to your iLok so...
  1. Quit Pro Tools
  2. Launch iLok License Manager
  3. Go to File > Close Cloud Session
  4. Activate your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) to your iLok
  5. Launch Pro Tools

Thanks but even with the cloud session closed and what appears to be the PT license on my iLok itself, I still get the Quit/Authorize message when I launch Pro Tools and when I try to authorize by logging in I get that message I posted in my previous message.

I've attached my current iLok config with the cloud session closed.

Am I doing something wrong?

I just checked your account again and your Pro Tools Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12) is not activated to an iLok. Please activate it by dragging it to your iLok or right+click > Activate...

Will do. Slightly off topic but how good is that perpetual license valid for?
