Pro Tools 8 M-powered

So I just got a copy of Pro Tools 8 M-Powered and then ordered this keyboard..... http://cgi.ebay.com/Avid-KeyStudio-4...item56425192d9

and now when opening the software it always asks me to plug the hardware in. I also installed Pro tools SE on another computer and tried it with the keyboard and the same thing happened. I also updated the drivers both times..what should I do next?
