First you need a CD burning software...do you have one? Probably Toast came with your CD burner, in which case, you just open toast, select Audio CD and just drag your audio files.

Use the bounce to disk function to create a stereo interleaved file on your desktop or in a folder 16bit 44.1.
Then open toast or easy cd , whatever cd burning program you have drag the stereo file to that programs window and select write cd.
