Default Waves TDM & RTAS

I notice in the Waves folder on my hard drive that there are Waveshells for TDM and RTAS (along with others). So does that mean that when I upgrade to PT 5.1 that I'll be able to run Waves RTAS plugins on disk tracks without any additional purchases?

I know, it may be a pipe dream, but..........
