Default ProTools9 LogicPro9 and Lion compatibility

HI,

My setting:

MacBook Pro 13", Mid 2012
Software version OS X 10.8.3 (Mountain Lion)

Logic Pro Version 9.1.8
Protools Version 9.0.6
Digi 003rack+

When launching Logic, it hangs a few minutes showing the message "checking Midi drivers" and then starts, only to stop again with the message "midi Timeout".

I read somewhere else that it had to do with the Protools Midi drivers stored in the Library/Audio/Midi Drivers. I removed the DigiDioMidiDriver from that folder and saved it somewhere else. I was then able to operate Logic normally, but when I tried to use ProTools the next time, there was no midi connection anymore. Once I copied the DigiDioMidiDriver in its former place, it worked again.

Is there a way to use Logic Pro 9 on OS X 10.8.3 without having to hide away the ProTools midi driver every time? I downloaded the latest drivers from Avid site about a month ago when i got my new MacBook Pro (their creation date is Dec 2012). I didn't have that problem using Logic Pr0 9 and Protools 9 on an older white macbook , version 10.6.8.

Does anybody knows if Protools 11 solves this driver problem?

Thanks
