I looked all over the internet

Can’t find an answer

At 48k

PT 2020 ultimate HDX

how many busses Max on HDX2?

How many busses maximum on HDX3?

not enough.

Sorry, but I don't have a number. I know that we're sometimes struggling with mixer resources on HDX2.

Really hope the hybrid engine comes soon.

Busses are unlimited, but aux tracks 512. Sorry to hear that is not enough.

I wish that was true.... but above 512 busses i am getting an error message saying I can't create more busses.

and i for sure do not have 512 aux tracks.

so this must be a bug. it is a pain.

Yes, unlimited. You may try creating chunks of no more than 512 busses at a time. It will certainly allow you to go beyond that however.
