Any news for PCs monitor board upgrade in Europe ?

Hi,
Sorry to be quiet, I've been frying other fish lately... To your question what about Europe? The upgrade is being offered to all registered ProControl owners. If your unit is registered, you'll get the letter. If you haven't registered your unit, you should do so then call tech support. It's free to users who purchased after September 1, 2000. The new boards are in all new ProControls with serial numbers later than NX 01801. If your prefix is a KH or earlier than that, your unit has the original components. The new boards were cut into production around June of this year, so that'll give you an approximate date.

of the new board for free...?
Strange policy in this case...in effect punishing early purchases of the product.

I registered my PC (Rome, Italy) but still didn't receive anything. Houser, your observation is right, everyone (or no one) should pay the upgrade !

still curious if we europeans will receive this information. I received a digi letter today in the mail but it had nothing to do with the PC upgrade .......... but, at least they've got my address.
