Access Violation has occurred....

A fatal exception has occurred PT must exit

the instruction at xxxx, referenced memory at x0000x. Click OK to terminate the program.

At this point trying to uninstall the program and start over but get the error that " The intalled version of the program could not be determined. The setup will now terminate"

Anyone run into this issue??

I've had this system up and running fine for 4+ years.
