Default Making Tutorial Videos

I'm running Pro Tools M-Powered through an M-Audio Lightbridge interface. I wanted to make some Pro Tools tutorial videos with sound and need a solution for recording the audio. I've auditioned a multitude of screen capturing utilities that are out there and many do a great job capturing the video. The problem comes when you want to add audio to your video screen captures. The Lightbridge has 2 analog audio outputs that I can feed back to the internal sound card and capture the audio that way. But, the big problem is that the audio is noticeably delayed with the video due to the D to A, and A to D conversion that is taking place. Is there a software application or other solution that will allow the use of these screen recorders and capturing the Pro Tools audio? Thanks.
