003 vs. M-audio projectmix I/O

could you compare between PT003 with M-audio projectmix I/O, which one is the best?and why?

PM has eight mic/pre's to the 003's four, it's also a fraction of the price even after you've bought M-Powered.

Yes, the pres and convertors are much better, i have used both and much prefer the 003 convertors. I even had a 002 previously and the 003 sounds better than them too.

In terms of control, the 003 will give you much more advanced control than the Project Mix, things like inserting plug-ins, sends, inputs, outputs and automation can all be assigned from the 003. The faders feel much better too, for me anyway.
