I want to take a moment to publicly thank and praise Eddie Jones for single-handedly getting me up and running on my S6 this past weekend. While my dealer had been giving me the runaround for weeks, unable to register my S6, unable to download any software, Eddie stepped in, on a Friday night, and got me everything. AND answered followup questions. Well into the night. AND, then AGAIN trouble-shooting on Saturday. By Sunday, I was fully functional, with my S6 registered to my Avid account. My dealer had not accomplished this in nearly 3 weeks -- Eddie hooked it up in two days, over a weekend.
Eddie, I appreciate your commitment and your generosity and I certainly hope Avid does as well. As it turns out, a good part of the value of S6 is Eddie himself -- quite simply, I'd feel much differently about my S6 purchase right now if Eddie had not made himself so available last Friday.

AND thanks for connecting me with Louis Hinton, who was great in guiding me through installing S6 Master Module software for the first time and dealing with registration. Louis, like Eddie, is super competent and was willing to spend the time to make sure everything was right and working by the time we were finished. Much thanks to both of you guys.
Now if I can just learn how to do all the things I FINALLY learned how to do on the D-Command. . . .
