midi sustain pedal messages bug

Here is a picture of strange behavior in the sustain controller view.
The notes cut of when this is happening.
Anyone have the same problem or are my mother keyboard sending out these values?
In that case why do protools allow these values to be recorded?
Controller (64) should be static (either on or off)

Incredibly, 9 months later, with a different computer, different keyboard controller, practically different everything, I am still having this problem.

Can everyone experiencing this problem please confirm that it's happening only during punch-ins?

Just gave it quite the torture test, and i noticed dropped messages both in quickpunch and in regular record modes.
