Error when opening Pro Tools

I just bought the m box mini 2 and it came with pro tools... so after following the directions and installing the pro tools and the drives for the box.... i get this message when i open up pro tools...

does anyone know what this is....



and also, when i bypass that pop up thing and open up pro tools, my pro tools will not recognize my M Box mini 2.... or at least if it does, i dont know how to get the input for the track to be the mic thats plugged into the box...

i am running all of this on vista 64 bit... may this have to do with anything???

Other than the fact that Pro Tools won't run on Vista 64 bit? You'll need to get on Vista 32 bit first, then tackle the following:

Yes - it pretty much means what the error says - you have a drive with a name longer than 11 characters. Go to My Computer and right click on the drive with the name that's too long and select 'Rename', then give a name shorter than 11 characters and with no illegal characters.
