How to synchro Logic on PC to PT TDM on MAC?

I have G3-300 MHz with two monitors and PT5.01 Mix Plus 24 on it. Lately I can't use properly Logic 4.7 and I'm forced to go back to Logic 4.63 because synchro problems. (I'm running OMS on Studio 4)
I would like to use PC with Logic on it and of course use MAC for PT only. Plus... I would like to use Giga Sampler and other stuff on PC.
Also, with Logic on PC I would like to have some extra audio tracks running trough 888.
Any idea which audio card for PC I should use with Logic and be able to use 888 to record some tracks on PC as well?
I know that is a hard one, but I do have spare PC (I'm computer technician). Changing my Logic Audio Platinum or cross grade to PC is not big problem either.
