Default firewire cd burner

hi all,
i'm looking for a firewire cd burner
so i'm here to see what you guys have tried
pros and cons...
price...
speed...
what software your'e using...

i will be mostly using it to burn demos
of stuff i did on the 001
thanks in advance for any input [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
