Default How to convert my PT audio files to Sonar Riff?

I recorded a live show using my oo2r on my laptop. My client now wnats the raw files so he can edit and mix on his PC Motu soner rig. he uses Riff files.. how an earth do i do this? Do i just grab the audio files from the audio folder and burn them onto a DVD?
Do i do them one track at a time?
do i have to save them in nother format first... duh.. i'm a dummy with this stuff..
