Yes, noticed myself, this is great news!
I've actually not equipped my home theater with immersive audio but I am really interested in trying an Apple TV 4K with tvOS 12 now. The reason being, I have my hopes that this Atmos support will also bring support for DTS-HD MA and / or at least Dolby TrueHD. 7.1, that's where I'm at. If anyone knows if the Apple TV 4K already supports 7.1, please tell me. =) (my gen 3 only supports 5.1)
