pro tools first, i have downloaded on windows 10 i5 laptop 64 bit all good .i go thru the steps to get studio mix desk up ,it comes up then in about 3 seconds it disappears tried lots of times please help got it for xmas and can not use , oh yeah its with a focusrite scarlett 212 3g 8g ram downloaded from website have linked accounts still doing same thing ilok key

Where did you download PT first version? Where do you have your license? Ilok key or the ilok cloud? PT is far from a simple plugnplay DAW and needs lots of recourses and knowledge.

Hard drives? RAM? OS Version exact number? Driver for 2i2 version? Have u downloaded all the drivers from the websites and not used any drivers that came with the bundle? i.e Where did you download PTF? Did you make a Avid Account and an Ilok account and linked these?
