license renewal confusion

Hi!

I have a Pro Tools perpetual license, along with the Complete Plug-in Bundle. I used to have an upgrade+support plan, but I have allowed it to lapse. My plug-in bundle just renewed after updating my payment info with DigitalRiver.

But now that it's renewed, I got an email saying I've purchased "software updates and a support plan". On my "my products and subscriptions" page, it says I just purchased a yearly subscription.

I did not purchase a subscription license.I do not ever want to be on a subscription-based plan. I have a perpetual license, and intend to keep it that way. I purchased the yearly plug-in bundle. FWIW, i was only charged the price of the plug-in bundle, and not the price of a yearly subscription.

Did my licensing get messed up, or is "my products and subscriptions" showing me the wrong info, or what?
