A few Pro Tools issues

I just installed Pro Tools SE with the audio interface and my Alesis Q25 keyboard/controller. A couple of things happen.

1) I am getting a error message that Keystudio Keyboard can't be found on start up of Pro Tools SE (of course I'm trying use the q25 keyboard instead of the keystudio). Is there a way to remove it from looking for it or disable it?

2)In Pro Tools SE , I am unable to get the keyboard to play instruments that comes with PT SE. Some of the pianos work, but can not use any of the others. Any ideas what I am missing or need to do?
