Mapping midi controller to Transport???

Hello. I have recently made the switch from Ableton Live to PT m-powered 8.
I have 2 midi controllers, (m-audio oxygen 49, and akai apc20). Is there any possible way that I can custom map controls to transport, volume, pan, etc? Like in ableton?
