Default Avid Educational Discount

I am interested in Avid software, particularly Sibelius. I would like to use it for my A level course (and for personal use as well). However, I do not have much spare money to spend - naturally, this is a common problem, and the reason for the educational discount existing.

I would like to know if the discount can be applied to a student of a UK Sixth Form College - I could not find this information anywhere, and want to be clear before I spend £200 that it is not only for University students.
