Default Can't activate Avid Falcon AAX license

Almost a week after it was promised AT THE LATEST, the license arrived in my account. iLok doesn't like it. It says it's activated in the cloud but cannot be moved to my iLok even when when I follow iLok's instructions.

You can't move a license from iLok Cloud directly to an iLok - first Close Cloud Session in iLok License Manager then activate the license to your iLok.

Me too.
1. Downloaded/installed UVI Falcon from AVID ProTools Site
2. ProTools 2018.7 is under valid/current Annual Plan (and runs OK)
3. Falcon is available in PT as plugin, but demands authorisation despite ...
4. iLok Manager (v.4.1 AND 5.0.1) saying the UVI license is iCloud Activated, BUT
5. Can't drag to iLok OR deactivate on the Cloud, and the "Transfer" button is greyed out. Dragging gives: "...can be moved back to your account only when you close your cloud session using the File menu" ... but doing this means I can't SEE the license to access it!

** SOLVED **

The official solution pre-supposes that you use a "Cloud Session". (I never do ... I'm a simple user with everything is on my iLok.)

So the CORRECT SEQUENCE that fixed the problem for me is:
• OPEN a Cloud Session (from the File Menu)
• Double-click the Avid Falcon AAX license and click "DEACTIVATE" to the right of the details pane (note the message, but follow the next steps)
• FILE> Close Cloud Session
• Check that the License now has a spare activation available (mine said “0 of 1 Activations used”)
• Drag the Licence to your iLok

Right+Clicking a license provides the same Activate/Deactivate options, but you can't Deactivate licenses individually from iLok Cloud. Could it possibly have been activated to your Computer?
