Pro tools 12 & Eleven rack

Hi,

My PT doesnt recognize Eleven Rack
After opening PT
It loads device info for Eleven rack
and then i receive an error message :

Access violation occurred, thread cause a DEP Violation at: 0x0000000000118084

I've downloaded the x64 driver for Eleven but with no result !!

Can you detail your system a bit more? What CPU, how much ram, what OS version? What version of Pro Tools 12? i.e. 12.2, 12.4 ect...

Have you trashed preferences?

Yes of course i thought i was on my signature.

Os win 7 x64 sp1
Core intel i7
Ram 16 gb

I didnt trash the preference. I made a complete format of my computer
Pt version 12.2 or 3. Im not at home i ll check this evening

Start with trashing preferences.

Trashed my preferences, made sure DEP was off, and made sure to update my framework etc.
Still no bueno

How did you turn DEP off?
I remember in some older versions of Windows, you had to go into Settings -> Startup and Recovery and make sure NoExecute was set to AlwaysOff. It should look like this:

/NoExecute=AlwaysOff

Save the file, reboot and see if it helps.

I turned DEP off in an elevated command prompt. I also checked to make sure with this command "wmic OS Get DataExecutionPrevention_SupportPolicy"

I was wondering if anyone fixed this problem with DEP violation error when using the Eleven Rack with Pro Tools. I have done everything that i can find to do on the internet but with no success.
