Default Open Enden Record Allocation setting missing in Pro Tools 10?

From Pro Tools reference guide:

To allocate a specific amount of time to recording:

1 Choose Setup > Preferences and click the
Operation tab.

2 Under Open Ended Record Allocation, select Limit To and enter the number of minutes to be allocated.

I don't see that setting there. Has it been removed from Pro Tools 10?

With the new disk engine, we don't need it anymore. Avid removed that option.

What if I want to set a limit on a recording?

I am recording a musical rehearsal live and I need to be away for it and will come back the next day.

How can I do this!?

Thanks

Make a 6 hour selection and set it to record (not loop).

Be aware that if you create the 6 hour file that Ryan suggests, don't attempt to turn on Clip Gain or you'll crash the session.
We had this exact issue this morning - every time Clip Gain was turned on with the 6hr file in the session... crash!

Yikes. I just picked 6 hours randomly. Good catch with the bug. Sucks you had to find it the hard way. Do 5 hours and 45 minutes, then

Not sure if it's actually 6 hours that triggers it - that was just the length of the file we has issues with earlier.
It'd be worth testing... if someone has the time to make very long files all day... :)
