Default Reference book for video post production

I’m looking for a good tutorial book that addresses video post production in ProTools 2018.4. I’m brand new to ProTools but have a good background in audio and video post, including Foley, ADR, sound design and on-set recording. Can anyone suggest a good text, hopefully with video tutorials, to help me get set up and running in ProTools? I have a Mac Pro running OSX 10.11 with a MOTU 828 mkIII hybrid audio interface. Thanks!

What DAW have you been working in thus far? Lynda.com ha some good instructional videos and also tons of stuff on You Tube. Books are good but it’s nice to see some videos of different workflows
