Default incorrectly clocked audio

I've gotten PT|1st to open my session at the correct sample rate (modified clock and source by holding N during startup) but when I export a mix and try to open it elsewhere (not on the same PC where I'm tracking), it plays back at wrong rate. I believe my audio is all clocked at 48K but when playing elsewhere it's using 44.1 so it's slowed down.
1) How can I tell what sample rate was used on the actual audio files?
2) How can I convert audio files (specifically a mix) to a new sample rate, rather than just opening the existing file in the wrong rate?
Note: Pro Tools used to have a Sample Rate Conversion (SRC) tool that could be used when importing audio. Maybe exporting too. I know there is a known issue with sample rates and audio interfaces if the rate gets changed during the session, but surely there's a way around it. Right???

Project or Session? AFAIK the sample rate of a Proj or Ses cant be altered. A Session can be saved as a copy at a different sample rate. I don't know if that option is available in PT First. It may not be. I don't remember if First even has the option of exporting clips but if it does that may be the only way to convert other than when importing.

Default Re: incorrectly clocked audio

It's a project; multi-track audio and no I can't do the "save a copy as" like other versions of PT. I can export all individual audio files and if I open the program correctly I can modify the sample rate on export. But when importing I can't get it back to the right scenario.

Looking for a tool that reclocks, or even re-records the audio at a new sample rate.

FYI - to bring the audio back to the correct pitch/tempo, I calculated the difference and used the time stretch tool to increase both pitch and tempo by 108.84%, which matched the original.
Might be sloppy but I am glad to have something that sounds correct.
