Please need help urgent!!!

We are desparately trying to put our AudioVision system together to go out on a demo - to sell one.

Here is what we have:
PowerMac 9500/120 ->200MHz card
System 8.0
AudioVision 4.1v1
ProTools 4.1.1 + the rest.

96MB RAM
1GB system hard drive
9GB iS9 video drive
2GB Barracuda audio drive

slots:
A1 Disk I/O PCI
B1 DSP Farm
C1 Video board (betacam)
D2 Video board (ims 4mb)
E2 Janus JPEG board
F2 ATTO ExpressPCI SCSI

We had a faulty ATTO Card. It crashed and spat the dummy and couldn't use wide drives (normal/ultra was fine).

Sent the card to Japan, got the replacement. It too did not work, but now gave some error codes, instead of crashing:

Every time:
SCSI Manager error -7932
Error code 70
Bus 2
ID 1
LUN 0
Sense key 0x0B
sense code 48 00

These are the numbers reported by ATTO ExpressPro Tools, FWB HTD, Avid Startup and AvidDrive Utility.

AvidDriveUtiltiy cannot see the drive except if the firmware on the card is set to no wide, no sync data, no wide ids, no fast, no options -> ultimately no good.
With the card this way, FWB can format and use the card & drives ok.
ATTO ExpressPro Tools will format, but cannot create volumes.

I just borrowed an ATTO EXpressPCI card form our local Avid dealers. The card exhibits the same features. The same codes. Same with no extensions. The same with no hardware installed (but for video + atto), and the same for no extensions or hardware.

I now conclude that there is something else wrong, but have no idea where to look.

This is urgent.

I got the same problem two times :

First, the mac PCI slot was dead...
try to mount only the atto card on another slot and check if it works properly.
If so then try with another MAC

Second, I got this error trying to use a non
Avid/Digi ATTO Express PCI Card.
We discovered that ATTO cards shipping with
AV or Avid are not the same as ATTO Express
(ship modify)
These cards works well with every non Avid drive, HDT, ATTO PCI Tool
But absolutly not with Avid Startup and others AVid components
