Native Instruments Maschine. Both plug-in and very good hardware controller.

It's got a lot of users in the Rap genre and there are a LOT of expansion packs that cover sub-genres of Rap.

If you're doing Rap then there's no need to complicate matters hosting plug-ins outside of Pro Tools unless there isn't an AAX version of a plug-in you want to use. And if you use Maschine in PT, it can host VST plug-ins. Total integration and a great hardware controller.
