iLok cap/cover

One thing I do with my Ilok is use the plastic end from a HDMI cable as a cover. It's really a poor design for something that is required to be so mobile. Who knows what pocket lint and computer bag junk will do to it. I'll try to post a pic later, but it's pretty simple. I also use a single 24 gauge wire to connect the cover to the ILOK when not in use. it fits the ILOK perfectly.

Hmmm, don't recall receiving a black cover. If I did, it's long lost. If it was, to me it's just another example of why the darn thing is better attached.

My black cover that came with my iLok cracked within the first week of use. I don't know if they have replacements but it did not even seem like it was worth the trouble to write about it at the time. It's been several years since so I've just learned to live without it.
