Default ProTools Boot drive migration to a new internal SATA drive

I've been working on a 250gig drive and just recently installed another 500 gig internal SATA drive. Is there a way to "migrate" all the applications (programs and pointers and authoizations) to the larger drive without having to re-install all of the programs?
