PT needs proper playlists/take lanes for MIDI/instrument tracks, like every other DAW has had for at least a decade.

The PT style of having to go digging through your clip list to figure out which MIDI take you want is inefficient and backwards. This is something that immediately turns people off when they try PTs after being used to another DAW.

Provide customizable options for the cursor size for the multitool one should not have to do it in the opsys so all other apps are affected

I can't say I've ever had to go through the a clip list to find a take, as I just record different takes on new playlists. I agree that playlist view in MIDI would be good though.

MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression) support so we can use a ROLI Seabord and a Linnstrument. This support starts with recording multiple MIDI channels (notes + controllers + aftertouch) on one MIDI track.

Can they improve the plugin handling so a crashed plugin doesn't crash or hang the entire DAW?

Modern operating systems are able to handle unresponsive or crashed programs without crashing the entire OS. I'm not sure if this is impossible to implement in a DAW for performance reasons, but it would be nice if, instead of PT crashing, we got a message stating "XYZ Plugin terminated unexpectedly" and the plugin could simply be restarted without restarting all of PT.
