Urgent help required please!!! TL space not authorizing

I've just opened up a mix that I need to deliver today TL space is not authorizing. I'm guessing this is related to the fact I updated the ilok manager the other day, and I see the license is now just called Space.

I'm on PT 10.3.7, Snow Lep 10.6.8, I reinstalled TL Space using the 9.0.2 native installer.

I've attached a screenshot showing the error message plus the license in my ilok

I hit this same issue! I have no idea how to fix it. It will authorize space in pro tools 11 tho. Post back here if you figure it out.

With the release of Space we change the licenses to work with AAX and TDM/RTAS. See this KB article for details.

I contacted both of you directly to get your iLok User IDs so we can help solve this.

Many thanks to JC who got me up and running double quick!!

He suggested I use the TL Space TDM 9.0.2 installer. Even though I don't have a TDM system, this installs the native version too, and this is authorized by my ilok license.

Sorry that this got in your way today, but glad we were able to solve it.

I have updated http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/t...se-Information to clarify the license names and which plug-ins to use with them.

Brandon - Please let me know (here or in response to your case) if this solves it for you as well.
