server not accepting new deliveries

WTF? My DigiDelivery Serv|LT is only 3% full, I've just rebooted, yet anyone trying to send me something is getting the message:

This server cannot accept any new deliveries at this time. Please contact the administrator so that they may remove some existing deliveries from their system, or try again later. Please correct the error and try again.

Anyone out there have any advice? We're kind of up against the wall right now...

update:

I've deleted a bunch of deliveries from the server and it's working now, but I'd still like to get to the bottom of what happened. As noted above, there was a virtual ton of hard disk space available on the server. What I didn't mention above was there were 21 deliveries total on the server, 20 of them "pending." 17 of those were dead issues, so I deleted them, and it worked.

I've had the drive way more full in the past, and have had way more deliveries on the server, although I don't recall whether I've ever had so many pending. Is there a setting somewhere I've forgotten about?

I'll RTFM when I have time (tomorrow? Saturday?), but was curious if anyone knew what I was running up against.

LT can only do 20 pending deliveries regardless the remaining drive space. Only the GTs are unlimited.

Chris Markle here from Aspera... Frank is correct here. The LT has a limit of 20 pending deliveries, where pending means that your recipient hasn't yet received it.
