PT 9.0.5 Crashing on startup!!

Hello,
I just upgraded my setup and am having a heck of a time just getting PT to be happy... Here's what I have:

iMac with 2.55 GHz i5 processor
4GB RAM
OSX 10.6.6
Focusrite Scarlett 18i6 (USB interface)
UAD Satellite Duo

I got the mac hooked up and installed PT on Sunday. The PT was a crossgrade from LE. The version on the DVD was 9.0.2. Once installed, it launched fine. I also installed everything needed for the UAD Satellite and PT still worked fine.

Yesterday I installed the Focusrite Scarlett with the latest drivers from the Focusrite website. All of a sudden I got the error that the audio interface could not be initialized when I tried to start PT.

So I did the upgrade form PT 9.0.2 to PT 9.0.5 and now I get "unexpected errors" and notices to restart Pro Tools. The chunk out of the log file that seems to be pertinent is this:

Exception Type: EXC_ARITHMETIC (SIGFPE)
Exception Codes: EXC_I386_DIV (divide by zero)
Crashed Thread: 0 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread

Any thoughts? The interface is connected through a USB cable extender, and the UAD satellite is connected via Firewire 800.

You didn't state if you're running Snow Leopard or Lion.

Have you done the basic problem resolution tasks of, deleting prefs and databases?

I had that problem while Izotope's Nectar was instantiated on a channel. I then downloaded the latest version and all is OK. Check you have the latest versions of all your plugins.
