Default Best ways to contact Avid?

It doesn't appear there's a text box for general email enquiry. Under "Contact" there's a page where you fill in all your details but it appears to be a request for contact?

I've phoned a few numbers as well but no one ever answered.

Am I missing something?

Just need a place where I can have a few general enquiries answered via email.

I found the general sales enquiry box, I must have been in another section of the site. It does have a text box for sales enquiries and it creates a ticket, sweetttt.

What's the best solution for phone enquiry?

There are NO ways to contact Avid! That's been my pet peeve from day 1! Just purchase a lot of expensive stuff. Keep updating, and shut your face! Avid doesn't want to hear from you, otherwise they would actually double check their updates, AND actually have a # that is answered by a real person,, HEY, sort of like Sweetwater! What a concept! Protools is pretty cool , BUT, you're on your own!! Thank God for youtube!!!

As I responded in your MDW thread where you asked about this maybe try purchasing an ASC (or whatever they're called now) and then call Avid? Avid doesn't do email support - that's why the DUC exists.

Checked the support system and I see you got a response already. Please reply to that if you have additional questions.

Thank you,
JC
