Default LTC on S6L

Question on the S6L. Trying to fire snapshots with LTC. LTC is working (playing back from Protools, then direct out through the console into the LTC input), the console is reading it and displaying it fine and Chase LTC is on, By pressing next, all the snapshots are firing normally as I would expect, so there is no recall safe stuff enabled. It also is correctly displaying the frame rate, etc. But when it gets to a certain timecode to fire the snapshots, it doesn't do anything. Any thoughts, am I missing something? Thanks!

Could be related to LTC start times. VENUE defaults to hour 1 (01:00:00:00), but the LTC coming from PT might be starting at 00:00:00:00 (?). If this is the case, try resetting the VENUE LTC start time to 00:00:00:00 and see if that helps.
