Sorry if I misspoke. I never used PT 10, going from PT 8 to PT 11 and now PT 12. I was going by what is in the OP's signature:

by the way, this has not happened since I posted. It happened twice, but not since. I'm hoping it's just a one off glitch.
Funny how what should have been a simple upgrade turned into almost two weeks of weird little tweaks and problems.
