Please Help. Never received my new licenses for Pro Tools 12.6 and higher

Hi All,

Ive been a Pro Tools user for over 15yrs and it has always been my DAW of choice. I got my certification in Pro Tools when I went to Full Sail University back in 2006-2009. Anyway Im having some problems with my iLok2 and Licenses. Over the past two days I've filed a Claim with Customer Support and also read everything I could find on the issue.

My Perpetual License is for Pro Tools 12. My Update and Support plan expired on 6/29/17. The latest versions available to me for download in my avid master account are 12.7.1 and 12.8.

I wiped my computer 2 days ago and am now re-installing all my licensed software. I previously use OS X 10.10.5 and PT 12.5.1. (with no problems).

So heres my problem, I installed 12.8 and the licenses on my iLok don't work. The software will not open. From what I read users should have received new licenses for 12.6 and higher and must surrender the old licenses. I never received the new licenses, and earlier versions of PT before 12.6 are not available for me to download in my avid master account.

So i either need the new licenses or access to pro tools 12.5 download. Personally I would like to use 12.8 so I can further update my OSX.

Please help, I need to get back to recording ASAP. Hope everyone is well.
