Default Surrendering Student 11 License HELP!!

http://imgur.com/a/5XsBY So, I Just installed pro tools 12, and click on it to open it but it said activate then it said I had one license I needed to surrender before getting the new ilok license. But yet when I go to surrender it its nothing there at the bottom screen I need help !!!

Welcome to the community.

The license bundle it wants you to surrender appears to have been on an iLok you reported as lost. We'll follow up via support case to get this solved.

Hello!


I've got the same problem, I think. I puchased a PT student license back in 2011, been upgrading up until 11.3.1

Then today I checked my iLok account; I've got PT12.2 academic and a 12.5 student licenses to activate. When I go try to surrender my previous 11 bundle license, there's no button to click.

Is there something I missed?

The PT11 Free Sdnt Upgrade license it's looking for you to surrender is on the iLok you reported lost. We'll cancel that license deposit and do a new one based on your replacement Pro Tools 11 Bundle. Will start a support case to complete this so please look for an email in a bit.
