No Sounds from Headphones or Rear outputs after upgrade to 8.0 LE

After upgrade to Pro Tools 8 then there are no sounds at all, on both headphones and rear outputs. I tried to downgrade back to Pro Tools 7.4, even downgraded the firmware but still no sounds.. after downgrade I tried to uninstall everything and reinstall Pro Tools 8 and upgrade the firmware again but can't fix the problem...I hope I dont have to send the unit back for repair...HELP....

check your cables and then check your I/O setup and see if it is correct. Look at he I/O on your tracks to see if it exists and is set correct for your setup.

Checked cables, I/O has set all to default, still not work. I even tried it on Windows machine, Mac Pro, Macbook Pro. and none work. There is another similar case from someone else not so long ago and he/she fixed it by reinstall Pro Tools but that didnt work for me.

"Even tried it on a Windows machine" means you may have changed firmware settings again. This is not something you want to do too many times. It's easy to toast your unit this way. Firmware writes do not like to be interrupted, EVER.

So, what interface are you talking about again?

Im sorry I didnt mention this. It is a Digi 003 Console.

everything is working perfect now, i just gotta mute and unmute on the console and that did the trick. Thanks for all your help guys.
