Smile multiple language GUI

Hallo,
This is my very first post here at DUC so hallo to all.
I am considering buying Pro tools M-Powered 8

Could somebody tell me if the GUI is a multiple language GUI?
Or is it localized to the country you buy the Pro tools M-Powered 8 in?
The reason I ask this is because I am based in Germany where I will purchase Pro tools
But I would like to have the GUI language in English, also would there be any issues with having
pro tools M-Powered 8 in a different language to the operating system
At the moment I am running German version XP (32bit) service Pac 2

Updating to German Win7 ultimate (64 bit)

Thanks in advance.
