Small Bug i was wondering if anyone else has on 8

Ok so I did a install on PT8 and Leopard 5.5, other than me losing some of my great plug ins that i will have to upgrade everything seems fine.
All seems well but when I go to the volume window on a track and start to edit volume automation the grey screen flickers white on about every third edit or so. Its like a camera flashing. Anyone else having this? Its not a really big deal but weird on my eyes when it happens.
On another note is vocalign not working with PT 8 at all? a guy at digi said they werent supporting it anymore ???? Weird when they sell it on their site.

yeah i've noticed the flash ... a couple of other minor things too

grid lines disappearing ... instrument track midi reassigning itself to channel 2...

Which version of VocAlign are you using? I just created a session with two vocal tracks and version 2.9.7 of VocAlign Project is working.

My copy of Vocalign is pretty old maybe 3 years or more I think 2.9.2
I have to get this plug in back asap. Our studio does so many rap and R&B sessions its essential. just 100's of stacks.
I hope they fix those small glitches soon, its really annoying on my eyes.

Perhaps you just need version 2.9.7 of VocAlign Project. It's a free upgrade from 2.9.3 - just go to synchroarts.com and download it. The only upgrade that costs anything is VocAlign Pro v4.

VocAlign is working fine for me too. Haven't seen and "flashing" when editing volume automation.

Anyone upgrading from Pro Tools 7.3 or earlier should take note of what plug-ins they have and see if there are any updates for those plug-ins. You're going to Leopard and some plug-ins will need to be updated. If you're in PT 7.4 you should be okay.

Ok i got the vocalign it works great. i have been busy getting plug in upgrades all day. My screen is still flashing. Hopefully they will figure out why this is soon. Its a bit annoying on my eyes.

Hi - VocAlign problems

I have just upgraded to Pro Tools 8 and have the DV toolkit 2. VocAlign has disappeared from my version of pro tools. No mention of vocalign on the list of dv tookit 2 included software any more. Have Digi effectively taken it off my system with no warning? Did I somehow miss this very important issue or am I missing something here?

To the people having the "flashing issue" can you post up some specs on your system configurations? Ram, Cpu, Etc. It may be a graphic card or Ram issue, any number of things. I'd like to know more about it.
