Using Korg Triton via MIDI in PT
Hello to all,
I am in need of some assistance and have yet to find the answer to my question in any of the documentation I have. It is a simple problem one which may have a simmple answer. I have a Korg Triton that I want to use just as a MIDI Controller for Pro Tools. I go into the MIDI Setup and make sure all the settings are correct but when I go to set up a track to use one of my plugins like FM8 or Battery, I get nothing. I know its probably a step or 2 I am missing. As far as specs: Toshiba Laptop with 2.0 GHz Pentium M 1.5 GB of memory Pro Tools 7.0 on Mbox Windows XP Professional Any help in getting this set up is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Re: Using Korg Triton via MIDI in PT
I am usung the M-Audio Uno USB to MIDI Cable.
I, however, was able to get it to work okay. I was trying to use it on an audio track and didnt create an actual instrument track. Once I did that, it worked like a charm. |
