Default PROTOOLS FIRST Cloud Error | FILE WONT OPEN [HELP]

I had my file open as recently as two hours ago today. Now for some reason it cant find it and I get an error message that says "Could not complete your request because an error occurred while reading the document."

Im used to using Protools LE which has the files on your local hard drive.

One thing I tried was removing the local cache and redownloading the file from the cloud but even then it gives me an error.

If anyone has any suggestions or knows what to do, please help me out.

Hi abcntmnded,

When you log into Pro Tools, put a check inside the box "remember me".
