Default Using a External preamp

I have a Presonus Digimax LT preamp that i hook up to my digi002 using the digimaxLt as the clock source. It is setup to 44.1k. I setup my session in the digi002 using 48k as the usual setup and record my sessions. If i turn the setting back to internal clock the music speeds up. If the adat is on and I try to bounce to mp3 or just to disk the music speeds up. I think this is caused by different clocks but how do i bounce without the speed difference.
thanks

The Presonus needs to be at the same sample rate as the session.

What the previous post said is the best way to avoid the problem, but I imagine you have tracks that need to be fixed! I'd finish the song with the weird clock setting (44.1 Digimax, 48k session). When you're done and you've bounced to disc, use the "header investigator" by rail jon rogut. It's a free app that will let you go in and change the header data to 44.1. I recently had to do this at a university that I work for- it seems that someone had the Apogee 44.1 but the session at 48k- just like you! It works.

Best of luck-

Look up Rail on here and get his TOOL. You will be able to fix it. I forget what it is called, but search for RAILS name and go to his site. He has it for free to download and it works.

Good luck.

Thanks guys. The Header Investigator works great. A lesson learned. Thanks to Rail for the tool as well.
