Default product recommendation

Hello, I have an older mbox. I would like to use the sp/dif to improve the sound quality, so I am looking for a d/a, a/d product that interfaces with sp/dif so I can get a better quality i/o going than the mbox. Preferably in the 200 dollar range.

i have powered monitors, but they don't have a digital in. And i would like to use my own a/d's as opposed to the digidesign ones.

so I guess what I need is a basic 2 x 2 sp/dif converter box. Any thoughts? Any products out there?
