Win10 Pro 64bit. Pro Tools 12.4HD. No compatibility mode, no optimisations, no problems.

I don't know the difference between Home and Pro but we have both licenses and I've noticed better performance and less issues with Home. I repeat, I don't know what's going on but I have no reason to upgrade the machine that runs with Home. Two more cents.

I'm running win 10 home and have had no problems thus far that would lead me to upgrade to pro.

Less processes = less issues = higher performance.
I belive this was the conclusion regarding Windows 7 Home vs Pro aswell.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe HOME will not recognize over 16GB of RAM?(maybe its 32GB). So, depending on how much RAM you are installing, you may want PRO

Forgot about that. That pretty much rules out Home for any new builds.

That 16 GB limitation only exists in Windows 7.
