Default Current burner options for a 9600?

Are there any available CD Writers for SCSI-II? 6x or above and would mount internally to use the 10mb/sec speed of my 9600's bus. I can't find anyone with stock of a Yamaha 6416 and all the other current drives require Ultra SCSI. Any thoughts on a current product that would work on SCSI-II?
